Strongly recommended, yes. The Roadmap identifies your highest-ROI opportunity — without it, there's a risk of building the wrong thing. That said, if you already know exactly what you want built, we can scope a standalone Build Sprint.

Who owns the code when we're done?

You do. 100%. All source code, documentation, and IP transfers to you on handover. No licensing fees, no vendor lock-in.

What if the MVP doesn't deliver the results we expected?

We measure before/after on agreed metrics throughout the sprint. If we're not tracking to the projected impact, we flag it early — not at the end. We'd rather adjust scope mid-sprint than surprise you at handover.
