Example card. Yours is built from your own CRM.

What was promised last time lives in a notebook or someone’s head. The card puts it on one page before the visit.

Questions.

Our CRM data is a mess. Does that matter?

Less than you’d think. The card uses what’s there and shows you what’s missing. I tell you on the call if the data is too thin.

My reps won’t use another tool.

They don’t open one. The card arrives before each visit, and after it they leave a voice note that updates the CRM. The pilot is one territory, six weeks, and the card changes from what the reps tell me.

What does it cost?

Fixed price per step (build, pilot, rollout), agreed on the call.

Is this AI?

Yes, in how I write the card. AI drafts it, and I check every line against your records before a rep sees it. It runs on your CRM, read-only.

What if it shows nothing useful?

I tell you before you pay.

Which CRMs do you work with?

Salesforce, Pipedrive, Dynamics, Sage or spreadsheets.

Who is this not for?

A new CRM, a generic chatbot, or a team under 10 reps.

Next step

Book a 30-minute call.

You tell me how your reps work today, I show you a card for a company your size, and we decide together whether a pilot is worth six weeks.

Pick a 30-minute slot that suits you.

Or ring 07596 052784.

You get a calendar invite.

A sales director told us two things last month. He had paid someone to type up his reps’ call notes, because they found updating the CRM so taxing. And he said visits per day are meaningless: the number that hurts is missed follow-ups, something a rep agreed with a customer and then never did.

A CRM stores everything and tells a rep nothing about today. Nobody looks at it, and every rep ends up with their own system in their head. So a customer asked one of his reps about something they had agreed six months earlier. The rep did not know. It was in the CRM.

We plug into what you already have: your CRM, sales activity, orders, rep notes and other software. One AI system builds one card per customer. It shows the last twelve months, what you agreed last time, and the top three things to talk about today. We check every line against your records, and you sign it off before anything goes live.

Before each visit a rep reads one card, about two minutes. After it, they record sixty seconds and we update the CRM. You own all of it, with no licences, and if the build shows nothing worth acting on, we tell you before you pay.
