Who we are

This site (elladvisory.com) is operated by Ejaz Learning Limited, trading as Ell Advisory (“we”, “us”, “our”), a UK-based AI automation consultancy based in Peterborough, England. If you have questions about this policy or how we handle your data, contact us at fawad@elladvisory.com.

What data we collect

We collect information in two ways: what you give us directly (for example, when you fill in a form to book a call, request an audit, or ask a question), and what is collected automatically as you browse the site through cookies and similar tracking technologies. Directly-submitted data may include your name, business email, company name, phone number, and details about your business you choose to share (such as revenue band or systems in use). Automatically-collected data includes your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and general location (country/region level).

Cookies and tracking tools we use

We use a small number of third-party analytics and advertising tools to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the performance of our marketing. Where required by UK/EU law, non-essential tools only load after you accept cookies via the consent banner shown on your first visit.

  • Google Analytics — measures site traffic, page views, and visitor behaviour so we can understand which content is useful. Loaded via our consent-gated cookie banner.
  • Meta Pixel — used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to build privacy-safe audiences for future ads. Loaded via connect.facebook.net, consent-gated.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag — helps us measure conversions from LinkedIn advertising and understand the professional audience visiting the site. Loaded from snap.licdn.com and reports back to px.ads.linkedin.com. Consent-gated.
  • Apollo.io website tracker — a B2B sales intelligence tool (assets.apollo.io) that identifies which companies are visiting the site, based on IP address, so we can prioritise outreach to businesses that have shown interest. Consent-gated.
  • leadsy.ai — a similar visitor identification tag (r2.leadsy.ai) that helps us recognise returning business visitors and their likely company. Consent-gated.

None of these tools are used to sell your personal data to third parties. They exist to help us measure marketing performance and identify genuine sales inquiries. You can control non-essential cookies through the consent banner, and most can also be blocked using your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker.

How we use your data

  • To respond to enquiries, discovery call bookings, and audit requests.
  • To send the reports, roadmaps, or resources you specifically request.
  • To understand how our website and marketing campaigns are performing, so we can improve them.
  • To identify companies that may be a good fit for our services based on site activity, so we can follow up where appropriate.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for anything beyond running and improving Ell Advisory and its marketing.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiry and booking data for as long as it's useful for the business relationship, and delete it on request. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's default retention settings (typically 14–26 months).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and to object to how we process it. To exercise any of these rights, email fawad@elladvisory.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in the tools we use or our legal obligations. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
