The customers who stopped buying. Found before your competitor finds them.

If a decent customer stopped buying six months ago, how would you find out today?

What you get

Every month, the accounts going quiet, ranked by what they are worth.

  1. 1

    The accounts that went quiet.

Customers who used to order from you and have stopped, found in your own order history.

  2. 2

What each one was worth last year.

What they spent with you, so the first call you make is the one that matters most.

  3. 3

Then a report that lands every month.

It keeps running. Every month, or more often if you need it, a one-page report shows the accounts that have just gone quiet, while a call is still an easy one to make. Plain English.

What it needs from you

Two years of order history. Any system.

Pipedrive, HubSpot, Sage, an ERP export, or a spreadsheet someone keeps up to date.

  • About an hour of your time
  • Nothing installed
A customer example

Rush PCB, a UK circuit board maker.

The situation
Rush PCB build circuit boards in the UK, mostly prototypes and small runs, ordered through an online quote tool and over the phone. Conversion was healthy and they knew their numbers.
What was happening
Of 206 customers in fourteen months, 96 had not ordered in six months. That is 47%. 139 had ordered once and never come back. Nobody had a list of them.
What changed
I read their order history and gave them that list, ranked, with the accounts still inside the 30 to 60 day window at the top, while a call is still an easy one to make.
What it was worth
The third of customers who kept coming back produced 67% of their revenue. Most repeat orders land within 30 days of the last one, so winning an account back has a deadline, and most of that list was already past it.

A one-off list would have been out of date within a month. That is why this is a report that lands every month, or more often if you need it.

Incredible work on this, bud. I was genuinely impressed by the level of detail you went into, and the explainer videos were extremely helpful in understanding both the findings and the reasoning behind the recommendations.
