How we handle your data

What we take
Two years of order history, exported by you. Customer name, order date, and order value are enough. If your export carries more than that, we do not need it and do not use it. Nothing is connected to your systems and nothing is installed.
Where it goes
A private folder, access limited to named people, not a shared drive and not a public link. It is not uploaded to any AI tool for training, and it is never sold, shared or used to contact your customers.
Who sees it
Fawad, and the engineer building your report if there is one. Nobody else. If that ever needs to be more than two people, we ask you first.
When it is deleted
The export is deleted after the preview if we do not go ahead, and after handover if we do. Ask for it deleted sooner and it is done that day.
Legal basis
The export is your data about your customers, so you stay the data controller. Ejaz Learning Limited (trading as Ell Advisory, registered in England & Wales, no. 15191805) processes it on your instructions, only to produce the preview or the build you asked for. Any named contacts in the file are used for that and nothing else, never for our own marketing.
